The FreshTalents Power Program is a fruitful combination of onsite and offsite matching. FreshTalents seeking for the perfect opportunity to start their careers are introduced to highly relevant and interesting - sometimes hidden - diamonds in the ecosystem of SAP.

We are combining a permanent search and matching function in our data base with online events where business partners and fresh talents meet and discuss all the options for the first or even secondd step into their career. Above that, we celebrate so called PowerDays, which are physical events, in which fresh talents and business partners meet and work together in order to have a deep dive in exchanging expectations, possibilities and perspectives.
